Shipping Policy:
- We can ship to virtually any address in the United States (excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii). Note that there are restrictions on some products like cheese & meats.
- We ship Wednesday and Friday. If you need your package expedited, please give us a call at 512-263-4373.
- Orders are shipped in the order they are received. Orders are shipped in approximately 2 business days from order date.
- We do not fulfill same day shipping requests.
- We ship all packages with a signature release so the carrier will leave the package at your door if you are not home.
- We cannot hold orders or ship at a later date
- Shipments are picked up in the afternoon and go directly to the carrier facility for processing to minimize exposure to the elements. Brief exposure to warmer temps during transit does not ruin your products. Long term storage in a hot environment is very different from a temporary temperature flucuation that can occur during shipment.
- Con' Olio carefully packs every shipment to protect bottles throughout their journey. Our packing materials also provide some degree of insulation from the outside environment.
- To help protect the quality of your order, we do not ship on Fridays. This prevents packages from sitting in carrier facilities over the weekend.
